About Me & My Jam
Hello,Thanks for stopping by my website. My name is Michael Fraley and I am the Green Jam Man. Based out of Fairfax, Vermont, I make jams, jellies, and marmalades from local fruits and ingredients. In fact, all the fruit I currently use is from a farm here in Vermont with the exception of figs and citrus. Every jam, jelly, and marmalade has at least one local ingredient in it.
Here in Vermont our landscape changes through the seasons and so do my jams. In the spring you can expect interesting combinations with strawberries and rhubarb. In the summer are wonderful stone fruits, blueberries, currants, and so much more. Fall brings apples, pears, elderberries, and cranberries. Then during the winter I will revisit some of the other seasons flavors with fruits I have stored, along with making wonderful marmalades from lemons, grapefruits, oranges, and limes.
